dlr Biodiversity - Bat Walk Cabinteely Park at Dusk
Join us with bat specialists from the Dublin Bat Conservation Group. Come along to the bat walk in Cabinteely Park to learn about bat species of Ireland and the bats that occur in our park. The bat specialists will give you a tour of the park and places where bats are likely to be foraging when they come out after dusk (sunset). If anyone has a bat detector bring it with you. We have found Whiskered bat previously in the park. Let’s see what we find this year!
Meet at the front door of Cabinteely House.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

dlr Biodiversity – Fernhill Nature Walk
Join us for a dlr nature walk in Fernhill Park and Gardens and learn about the variety of plants and animals that live in this wonderful park. The meadows will be in full growth after the winter grazing and we might see some interesting insects and pollinators there. There are many other important places in Fernhill for flora and fauna -  you might spot a red squirrel or a great spotted wood pecker!
