Monster Clean-up!

On Sunday, 27th October (2-3pm) an army of volunteers will participate in a Monster Beach Clean of North Bull Island. This Halloween inspired beach clean is being organised by the newly formed Dublin Bay Biosphere Youth Committee.
The Dublin Bay Biosphere Youth Committee has been created to aid conservation in the biosphere and to give young adults a voice on environmental issues.
Their first project is to give members of the community a chance to help protect the UNESCO Biosphere by participating in the Monster Beach Clean.

Participants are encouraged to dress in Halloween costumes, however it is not required. Cleaning equipment will be provided at the Visitor’s Centre; tea and coffee will also be available.
Anyone who takes part will have their name entered in a raffle to win a one day pass for Dublin Zoo.
